Matthew Haigh

Matthew Haigh is an experienced innovator drawing on his experience of establishing innovation programmes in large professional services firms.

Matt's current role is to lead and manage the Innovation team at Deloitte Canada. Based in Toronto, he is responsible for leading the firm's national drive towards building new services and redesigning how Deloitte deliver’s value to clients. Matt is passionate about what happens at the intersection of science and business - especially the application of high technology and data to contemporary business.

Matt lives with his wife and daughter in Toronto, having lived and worked in the UK and New Zealand. A proud citizen of both UK and New Zealand, he is often confused by who to support in the Rugby.

Matt's background prior to Innovation is in science and technology, working with Deloitte's IT Consulting team in London,UK and Auckland, New Zealand. Matt holds Masters degrees in Chemistry, Business and Computing from the Universities of Durham, Auckland and Imperial College London.
